Project Requirements: Remove all railings, deck boards, and replace any rot or damage found. Rebuild the deck with composite decking and railings, then wrap specific areas with white composite.
Work Performed: Demoed the deck down to the frame and removed all materials from the site. Purchased and delivered all the materials. Installed decking using hidden fasteners. Then Installed composite railings and wrapped the deck and all posts with composite. A picture frame pattern was used when installing the deck boards and stairs. Confirmed that deck with leveled properly for weather.
